One good greenhouse commonly has the following features—good transmittance performance, effective light availability; quick heating and good insulation; easy operation and ventilation; convenient management; steady structure, good wind resistance and long service period; easy construction and less investment.If you want to realize the above requirement, you must pay attention to the following questions.
First, choose a land for the greenhouse.
When designing the solar greenhouse, it is better to choose a high land which is not easy for drainage. The field water should be one depth under the ground. The soil must be rich, porous, and highly breathable. In addition to the soil condition, the land area must have a convenient means of transportation.
Second, the greenhouse’s face direction
Practice has proved that greenhouse should face south, and lean toward the west 3 to 5 degrees. In this way, it can reach the longest sunlight and high using rate of sunshine. If the land terrain is not meeting the requirement, then you can adjust it by leaning to west 5 to 10 degrees.
Third, the solar greenhouse’s size
The length of one solar greenhouse should better be 50 meters to 70 meters. If the length is less than 40 meters, the greenhouse volume will be small and the insulation will be reduced in the cold winter. And if the length is more than 80 meters, it will cause inconvenience for discover the films.
Forth, the height and the span of the solar greenhouse
The height and span of a greenhouse should be determined by the latitude of its location. Because the sunlight getting must depends on a degree.
Fifth, the degree and projected length of rear slope of solar greenhouse
Increasing the rear slope’s height and temperature can expand the getting sun area. But compared to the front part, the rear slope greenhouse is shaded a little. The crops in the rear slope part will grow slowly. To getting a balance, the slope wouldn’t be too large. The shadow should be about 1 meter to reducing sunlight shading.

It should use the transmittal, fog-free, dust-free and good insulation multi-functional films. The polyethylene longevity anti-drop film, three layer compound film, polyethylene anti-drop light-turning film, ethylene-VAC three layer anti-drop insulation and aging-proof film, and PVC anti-drop film all are good for choice.
