Maintenance of Drip Irrigation System I

Drip irrigation system is a set of precision machinery, which parts are plastic products. Therefore, it must be careful when operating this set. Avoid twist with each knob and switch. When open each container, pay attention to the small parts accurate position lest lose them.
The maintenance before irrigation season:
Before the first time using the filter, the tank should be filled with water and placed in one bag chloride for thirty minutes. Then recoil it one time according to the normal method. By using this method, stir the medium in advance to loose grain on contact. After that, totally wash all the parts of filter and tighten all bolts.
Check the fertilizer tank or fertilizer injector pump’s all parts and system connection. And remove the stored dirt in the tank in case it will in piping system.
Check all the vertical tube at each end, see if there is a wreck or plug loss. If there is above situation, you can timely repair it or supple the parts.
Check all valve and pressure regulator and connection micro tubes. If there is defect, you should promptly repair.
Shut off the main branch line drainage valve bottom.
