How to extend the life-span of plastic film?

1>. The spacing of the greenhouse should be reasonable which will be not less than 1.5m to 2m of the western-eastern direction; and not less than 3m to 3.5m of the front and hinge distance. 

2>. When doing the easy insertion shed by you, the construction quality should be guaranteed. The assemble works should be directed by provisions and the longitudinal rod must be steel tube which will not be replaced by iron wire or fine bamboo. The arch should use the relatively big black iron tube. 

3>. The film fixing line shouldn’t be a single stake. It had better be an 8 to 10 number thick wire or 6mm diameter steel cord on each side of the greenhouse. In addition to the tight rope on both ends of the greenhouse, the small anchor should be adopted by every 3m to 4m distance to fix the greenhouse. If you choose the wooden rod, it must be processed and fixed by a thick wire. 

4>. The polyethylene film or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) membrane should be pressed by the film fixing line in windy area. If the plastic film is fissured or broke, it should be timely repaired by PVC. 

5>. The film fixing line should be the special nylon membrane pressure line or No.10 to 12 wires which should be tied to set up the film surface. 

6>. The galvanized steel pipe should be brushed antirust paint each 2 years for its easy but necessary maintenance. In order to avoid rust, the fabricated galvanized pipe should often check the parts of fixture, preventing its loss. 

7>. The bamboo structure generally is 1.8m to 2m high, and 4m to 5m wide, 20m to 30m long. The arch rod’s diameter should be 2cm to 3cm. using the 4m to 5m long rope to bend into a semicircle and tied together. The arch span will be no more than 1 meter, which is generally 50 to 60 centimeters. It is advisable that to increase fastness, sometimes it should be set up in tent in the middle of a thing or two pillars.
